What parts of the solution do you provide?

What support do you provide?
Most issues can be dealt with by remote web based and phone support. Of course we also provide onsite service when required and facilitate manufacturer warranty service
What suppliers do we represent?
We only work with Tier1 suppliers and only sell commercial products
What warranties are included?
All installations include a 1 year warranty. All displays include a minimum 2 or 3 year commercial manufacturer warranty (expandable to 5 years NBD onsite). Media players include a 3 years parts warranty.
What is the difference between commercial and consumer TV's?
Consumer TV's warranties are voided the day you install them in a commercial location. They are designed to be on a minimum of 16hrs a day up to 24/7 operations. They are brighter and have features like timers not available on consumer TV's.
